- SS
- Equivalent to Fox in SSBM
- Can consistently win top tournaments, even without using a secondary.
- The matchup spread is very favorable.
- S
- Equivalent to Falco, Marth, and Sheik in SSBM
- Can consistently win top tournaments.
- Generally favorable matchup spread, though there may be some minor issues.
- A
- Equivalent to Jigglypuff and Peach in SSBM
- Can win big tournaments, but there are major problems using it alone in top tournaments.
- While generally favorable matchup spread, secondary is almost required due to some issues.
- B
- Equivalent to Ice Climbers and Captain Falcon in SSBM
- Consistently places high in major tournaments, though has problems winning.
- C
- Equivalent to Pikachu and Samus in SSBM
- Can place high in competant hands.
- D
- Equivalent to Dr. Mario, Yoshi, and Luigi in SSBM
- Can place high in competant hands, though has some problems doing so.
- Significant issues if used alone. May have more use as counterpicking.
- E
- Equivalent to Ganondorf, Luigi, Young Link, DK, and Link in SSBM
- Has potential to place high, but requires a very competant player as there are significant issues in the way.
- F
- Equivalent to Mr. Game And Watch, Roy, Mewtwo, Zelda, and Ness in SSBM.
- Even in competant hands, generally does not place high in tournaments, even minor ones.
- There may be situational uses.
- G
- Equivalent to Pichu, Bowser, and Kirby Tier in SSBM
- Has almost no usefulness in tournament, even situationally, and certainly not for an entire match.
Ruleset
- Every match is a two player match.
- Stocks are set to 4.
- Time limit is 8 minutes.
- No items.
- Assume the most consistently popular stages so far:
- Starter: Battlefield
- Starter: Final Destination
- Starter: Yoshi's Story (Omega/Alpha doesn't matter)
- Starter: Dreamland N64 (Omega/Alpha doesn't matter)
- Starter: Whispy's Battlegrounds (or) No transformations Pokemon Stadium (usually only one is used)
- Normal (Alpha) Fountain of Dreams (usually a counterpick)
- Smashville Fourside (Usually a counterpick)
- Normal Pokemon Stadium (usually a counterpick)
- Cranky's Treehouse (usually a counterpick)
